MadeForMums opens its MadeForMums Toy Awards 2021 for entry

MadeForMums has opened entries to the MadeForMums Toy Awards 2021, the annual consumer facing awards to celebrate the best toys at every age and stage, from newborns to preteens.

The MadeForMums Toy Awards are judged by an army of child testers, with the help of their parents, the MadeForMums editorial team, and a panel of toy industry experts.

This year, there will be awards in over 35 categories, including Best Science/STEM Toy, Best First Bike, Best Board Game, Best Baby Sensory Toy, Best Wooden Toy, and Best Stocking Filler.

All entries will automatically be considered for one of the much-coveted Editor’s Choice Awards, which this year will include a focus on toys where efforts have been  made to be eco-friendly and reduce their impact on the environment.

MadeForMums has a reputation for expert, honest online reviews, and its top-ranking toy review content drives over £630K of toy sales in the run-up to Christmas alone (Oct-Dec 2020). The Toy Awards are also rated by the national press, with the Daily Mail featuring coverage of its winners for the past five years.

“Because parents know all our Toy Awards winners have been so thoroughly tested, they trust our editorial coverage – which means loads of them then click through the links to buy the products we rate and recommend,” said Helen Brown,  MadeForMums’ Deputy Editor and very excited Head Toy Tester.

Toy brands and PRs can enter their toys into the MadeForMums Toy Awards at  https://toyawards.awardsplatform.com

Winners and shortlisted entries receive showcase editorial coverage on madeformums.com, with winners getting a special click-to- buy link. Publication of this coverage is timed to hit the upsurge in Christmas gift search traffic.

Winners and shortlisted entries also receive a bespoke digital MadeForMums Toy Awards  logo for use on packaging and online retail sites.
