Zimpli Kids’ Gelli Baff and Slime Baff are first toys to receive British Skin Foundation seal of approval

Zimpli Kids’ Gelli Baff and Slime Baff are the first toys to receive accreditation from the UK’s leading and most respected skin disease charities, the British Skin Foundation.

Following an in-depth review, BSF approved; Gelli Baff, Slime Baff, Gelli Play and Slime Play as skin safe. This recognition will help give parents buying Zimpli Kids products, that extra peace of mind that they are not only fun, but safe on their child’s skin.

Phil Brady, head of partnerships at the British Skin Foundation, said: “Protecting our children is something close to all our hearts, so the British Skin Foundation is delighted to be partnering with Zimpli Kids in promoting skin safety and the use of child friendly products.”

Gelli Baff and Slime Baff are certified biodegradable powders that transform water into colourful slime or goo. While Gelli Baff has been on the market for over 10 years, it is only more recently that Zimpli has discovered its benefits for people who suffer from dry skin and in some cases, skin conditions such as Eczema and Psoriasis. 

Over the years, the toy company has received reviews from hundreds of surprised parents to say that Gelli Baff did not cause any irritation to their child’s sensitive skin and even helped to calm their skin condition down and made it feel softer.

Zimpli Kids will be featuring the BSF approved logo on all retail boxes moving forward, along with promoting the accreditation through a worldwide Influencer Marketing and Social Media campaign.
