Magformers UK takes on exclusive UK distribution of new toy brand Puzzly-Do

Magformers UK has expanded its portfolio to take on the exclusive UK distribution of the new toy brand, Puzzly-Do! The collection is launching to the UK this spring with five Dubbl-Puzzls.

Dubbl-Puzzls are themed jigsaws each featuring illustrations on one side, which can then be flipped over to reveal a line drawing on the back. Children can use the ten felt tips included to colour in the reverse and make them unique.

The launch contains five themed sets, including Ocean Friends, Farm Friends, Forest Friends, My Sweet Shops, and My Vehicles. Each Puzzly-Do set is made using recycled and recyclable board and each feature large, easy-to-use handle pieces.

Based in Cheshire, Magformers UK Ltd is the owner-distributor of award-winning Magformers and Stick-O magnetic construction toys.

David Kelly, managing director, said: “This year I wanted to introduce a new toy line that offers high retailer margins, low SSP’s, creative on-trend designs and is environmentally friendly – while maintaining our core values of being fun and educational.

“Early reactions from retailers to Puzzly-Do! have been fantastic and I can’t wait to see the brand out in the marketplace alongside our ever-popular Magformers and Stick-O sets.”

Elsewhere, the company has also refreshed its 2021 Magformers line-up with several new sets and upgrades to its global best-selling Carnival and Wow sets. The WOW Plus and Carnival Plus sets, both featuring new detachable play characters, join the Cube House Penguin and Cub House Frog 20-piece play sets for this year.

This month, David Kelly has sat down with ToyNews to talk through the newest additions to the company’s portfolio, as well as its continued success in the magnetic construction sets market. To read the full, exclusive interview with Kelly, check out the ToyNews Spring/Summer issue.
