London Toy Fair 2022 booking now open as BTHA marks the show’s return next year

The application process for Toy Fair 2022 is now open.

The British Toy and Hobby Association has opened the process for applying for your place at next year’s London Toy Fair, scheduled to take place from January 25th to 27th 2022 at its usual venue, Olympia.

Companies wishing to exhibit at the show can apply for their space by visiting the Toy Fair website as the application process finally gets underway for the annual trade show following its year hiatus at the hands of government restrictions and the global pandemic.

The January show will mark the return of normal service following a year’s disruption to the toy industry trade show calendar caused by the coronavirus pandemic and its role in wiping the events calendar from much of the last year and this year’s traditional toy fair season. This week, Spielwarenmesse confirmed it had cancelled its Summer Edition of the Nuremberg show that had been moved from its January slot to July.

The BTHA is now moving ahead with plans for its London Toy Fair 2022 in accordance to government guidelines.

“We were extremely disappointed not to be able to host the industry this past January, but we are working hard towards preparing for the 2022 event,” said the team. “We will once again be using the Grand and National Halls at Olympia.

“The safety of all participants is extremely important to us so we will be following government guidance to ensure we conform with all regulations and safety measures. We expect further guidance in the coming weeks and will update participants accordingly.”
