Very Puzzled launches latest line-up to encourage diversity into jigsaw puzzles market

Very Puzzled is continuing its mission to bring more diversity to the children’s market place with the launch of its latest collection of titles depicting some of the lesser explored areas within the jigsaw puzzles sector.

Founded in 2017 by Patrick Adom, Very Puzzled launched onto the scene as a means of encouraging children to explore different places around the world through the medium of puzzles. Its initial range covered Africa, Ethiopia, Jamaica, Cameroon, Ghana, South Africa, and Kenya.

The new collection launched now includes the Caribbean, India, and Trinidad and Tobago. Each 100-piece puzzle illustrates the different regions with a variety of landmarks, monuments, and notable figures throughout their respective histories.

Very Puzzled was created by Adom four years ago when the entrepreneur struck upon the issue of a lack of representation within the toys and games space that reflected his daughter’s African heritage and culture. Adom decided he wanted to create his own range of puzzles and helped children to explore different cultures through play.

Adom said: “At Very Puzzled, we are passionate about creating products that are representative of the diverse society that we live in.

“Children should be able to see people that look different to themselves in their books and toys to ensure that they appreciate their own heritage, and learn about the heritage and culture of others too.

“Jigsaws are a great activity for families to do together and we hope that our puzzles will help them to explore and learn about all the different parts of our world.”
