Trends UK is to launch a new range of electronic learning aids inspired by the popular BAFTA-winning pre-school brands Numberblocks and Alphablocks later this year.
The new range has been developed in partnership with the Numberblocks and Alphablocks UK licensing agent, Larkshead Licensing who continues to extend the IP across the pre-school toy space.
Clare Piggot, director at Larkshead Licensing, said: “We are delighted that Trends UK has joined the ever expanding Numberblocks and Alphablocks licensing programme. It seemed such a natural fit to partner with Trends to develop ELAs with the BAFTA winning Numberblocks and BAFTA nominated Alphablocks.
“We have high hopes for these two new products, which will offer little learners lots of lovely, engaging gameplay using number and word magic.”
Lindsay Hardy, marketing director at Trends UK, added: “We are excited to be partnering with these incredible brands whose essence encapsulates fun and learning, combined with high quality animation and story-telling.”
Numberblocks and Alphablocks currently both air on CBeebies and BBC iPlayer in the UK, while globally, the official YouTube channels have a combined 1.8 billion lifetime views. The series also both air globally on Netflix (excluding UK, Africa, Israel and China).
