It was an elated Marvin Berglas who settled down to watch the highly anticipated Argos Christmas advert when it first aired on Sunday, November 1st, and found Marvin’s Magic centre stage of the retailer’s festive fodder this year.
The prime time advert brought the magic to life as it depicted two sisters who, after circling Marvin’s Magic Amazing Box of Tricks in the Argos Book of Dreams, find themselves transformed into magicians performing on stage to their delighted family.
“We are thrilled that our Marvin’s Amazing Box of Tricks was chosen to be the main featured item in this prestigious advert, highlighting the fun young Daisy and Lucy had entertaining their family with a magic show,” said Berglas, creator of Marvin’s Magic.
“I look forward to getting involved with ongoing social media campaigns for the run-up to Christmas. There’s no question that magic is in the air.”
Acknowledging the hardships that 2020 has thrown at us all, Berglas has underlined that the advert’s focus on magic this Christmas couldn’t come at a better moment to instill a touch of the festive spirit this season.
“There’s nothing quite like magic to lift the nation’s spirit – perfect for such challenging times,” he said.
