Thames & Kosmos predicts surge in sales for its Three Detective series as stock lands in the UK

Thames & Kosmos UK is expecting to see a surge in sales of its popular Three Detective series of forensic science play-sets in the run-up to Christmas, having seen the range hit new levels of popularity during the UK’s lockdown period earlier this year.

With its best-selling Master Detective Toolkit now back in stock, the UK educational science kits and board game specialist is making preparations for a flurry of orders having seen a continued popularity for the Three Detective series.

“This kit has been extremely popular over lockdown and demand has continued to be high, with our replenishment due to Covid-19 sadly taking longer than expected,” said Jo Drage, sales director at Thames & Kosmos UK.

The Three Detective series encourages children aged eight and upwards to grab a briefcase full of investigator’s tools and track down the bad guys. Children can learn about how detectives use forensic science to answer questions, gather evidence, and solve crimes, all while they play.

“Our Three Detective series remains a popular choice for parents who are looking for something a little bit different, and we are expecting a surge in sales in the run up to Christmas,” continued Drage. “Children and adults alike can develop their detective skills and become a world class sleuth with this quality kit which has the replayability factor and is manufactured to the high standard you expect from a Thames & Kosmos product.”

The Master Detective Toolkit retails at £36. Contact us on to find out more.
