Asmodee and Coiledspring Games are jumping swiftly onto the success of their pair’s pioneering all virtual trade show, AsmoFair – a digital showcase of board games and products that bridges the gap for supplier and buyer throughout the hiatus on physical events – with the launch of a second offering.
AsmoFair Part II will make its way to screens across the UK from Sunday, October 4th to Wednesday, October 7th, offering those who missed the first run in September this year, the chance to discover the full range of Asmodee board games, as well as a look at what’s next for Dobble and Pokemon Trading Card Game ranges, all within the virtual space.
Part II arrives following the success of the inaugural show, developed in partnership with Coiledspring Games, that offered buyers the chance to book a remote tour of Asmodee’s showroom, with members of the company’s sales team introducing its products.
“With well-structured meetings, previews of new and different products, as well as the opportunity to provide feedback, AsmoFair was a fantastic virtual alternative to a physical show with the same great and exclusive offers for customers. All in all, I found AsmoFair to be a seamless experience and a great way for our store to prepare for Q4 and Christmas,” said representatives from the independent toy shop, Toy Barnhaus.
Becky Ottery of Eclectic Games, added: “With the pandemic affecting all the usual trade fairs where we would normally catch up it was helpful and productive to have an alternative means to get some face-to-face time with Asmodee staff.”
