Crazy Aaron’s named official Adopt-the-Pig sponsor of The Toy Foundation’s Toy Bank for 2020

Crazy Aaron’s – the name behind the popular Crazy Aaron’s Thinking Putty – has been named the official ‘Adopt-the-Pig’ sponsor of The Toy Foundation’s Toy Bank for 2020. Crazy Aaron’s sponsorship includes a $10,000 donation and the development of a special edition putty in The Toy Bank’s signature shade of orange.

A portion of the sales from the limited edition putty will benefit The Toy Foundation and its mission of bringing joy to children in need through toys and play.

“Crazy Aaron’s support and commitment to our cause means the world to us – and to the countless children who will be impacted by their donation,” said Elizabeth Max, senior manager of The Toy Foundation.

“While toy donations are crucial, the funding we receive from individuals and corporate sponsors makes it possible for us to actually get the toys into the hands of children in need. Thank you, Crazy Aaron’s, for your sponsorship, which will help The Toy Bank bring the magic of play to more than a million children this year.”

Crazy Aaron’s has been a long time supporter of the Foundation’s work. The company has donated toys over the years to support The Toy Bank, and has participated in other Foundation programmes, including TTF’s integral Play Your Part events which benefit underserved and foster care children nationwide.

“We’re so happy to be The Toy Foundation’s Adopt-the-Pig sponsor for 2020,” said Aaron Muderick, CEO of Crazy Aaron’s. “This organization does such a wonderful job of spreading the joy of toys to children in need, and brings hope, comfort, and laughter to the kids who need it most. We have partnered with The Toy Foundation for various initiatives in the past, but I’m so excited to embark on this year-long partnership. We have some wonderful things planned.”

As TTF’s year-round signature giving program, The Toy Bank collects millions of toys from generous toy companies and distributes them to a network of carefully vetted children’s charities.

Since its inception in 2003, The Toy Bank has provided more than $225 million in toys to more than 26 million children in need, making play possible for kids who are undergoing medical treatments, living in poverty, in foster care, coping with military life, suffering from abuse, or otherwise in need.
