BlogOn Toy Awards 2020 now open for entries

The BlogOn Toy Awards 2020 are now open for entries, marking the fourth iteration of the annual awards event that this year will be sponsored by, and will see winners announced on October 5th this year.

Following its successful launch in 2017, the BlogOn Toys Awards is billed as ‘perfect for toy companies big and small,’ and as an ‘ideal way to raise product awareness and drive sales pre-Christmas.’ Growing in popularity year on year, the BlogOn Toy Awards now receives over 200 entries per year.

The cost of the entry to this year’s awards will be the same as in previous years, to help make the awards ‘as accessible as possible.’ An entry fee of £10 per entry is required, as well as one sample.

Laura Seaton, BlogOn founder commented: “The BlogOn Toy Awards winners will be chosen by parent influencers who are used to putting toys to the test. The entries will be judged by each category, with the blogger’s favourites winning 1st, 2nd and 3rd – the toy with the most votes overall will also win the Blogger’s Choice Award.

“There are 16 categories to choose from and this year we have added an Eco toys category after seeing a trend in this area at the London Toy Fair. After 10 years working in this industry it’s great to see so many companies going green on some of their products.”

The 16 categories featured in this year’s BlogOn Toy Awards are:

Adult Games
Baby/toddler toys
Christmas themed
Construction toys
Eco toys
Educational Toys
Family games
Imagination toys
Interactive/tech toys
Licensed toys
Outdoor toys
Wooden toys
