Spin Master appoints Kevin Glass to its board of directors

Spin Master has  appointed the former senior executive vice president and CFO of CIBC, Kevin Glass to its Board of Directors.

From 2011 to 2019, Glass was responsible for the financial strategy, oversight, reporting and planning, as well as the use of composition of the company’s balance sheet resources at CIBC. He is also a designated Chartered Professional Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrant in South Africa.
