Eolo Toys looks to ‘break the mould’ of collectables space with Popetz launch

Eolo Toys is looking to break the mould of the current collectables space with the September launch of its Popetz range of plush characters with motion-activated unique sounds.

The launch has been designed to bring new innovation to a market that has become “saturated with collectable plush and dolls”, according to Eolo Toys’ director, Alex Prieto. The range features 10 different characters to collect including monkey, unicorn, sloth, and koala.

Prieto said: “The market is saturated with collectable plush and dolls so we wanted to bring a point of difference by adding jumping features and motion activated unique sounds. We are excited that our new brands and products are performing at retail and is allowing us to innovate in this crowded space to offer retailers key price points with fresh new ideas.”

The new Popetz line-up will be supported by a strong marketing strategy and are suitable for kids aged three and upwards.
