University Games has joined forces with Hasbro to launch a squad of new Subbuteo lines via a major marketing campaign destined to land ahead of Euro 2020.
This coming year has already been earmarked as an exciting one for the iconic football game, Subbuteo as football fever readies to once again sweep the nation this summer with the kick-off of the UEFA Euro 2020.
Now, in conjunction with Hasbro, University Games will launch one of its largest marketing campaigns in 40 years.
Subbuteo was first released in 1946 and has been loved by generations for nearly three quarters of a century. This spring, University Games will join with Hasbro to launch a new range including an England Game Set. The sets, with greatly improved detail including players with different colour football boots and hairstyles, will be available in stores from April.

“The innovative marketing campaign is set to both introduce the iconic game to younger generations as well as reignite the passion for this iconic game amongst the long term faithful fans of Subbuteo.”
