Toy Fair 2020: University Games dials up the magic with new 3D Harry Potter puzzles

It’s with more than a dusting of magic that University Games is looking to enchant visitors and fans this season with its new series of 3D puzzles based on some of the most iconic buildings from the Harry Potter film franchise.

Unveiled for the first time this London Toy Fair, the line-up will include a 3D puzzle Hogwarts Castle and Hogwarts Express, as well as some of the book and film franchise’s famed destinations, including Ollivander’s Wand Shop, Weasley’s Wizard Wheezes, Quality Quidditch Supplies, and Gringotts Bank.

The new range aims to capture the Harry Potter magic that has swept the world’s pop culture scene since 1997. With no tools or scissors required, and easy to follow instructions, these fantasy puzzles can be pieced together to recreate the Wizarding World.

The range is suitable for ages kids and fans aged eight years and over.

Richard Wells, managing director of University Games, said: “3D puzzles are more than just a jigsaw, coupled with the fun and challenges of completing the puzzle, they create a lasting model that truly brings the magical scene to life.

“Harry Potter is a modern day classic that 19 years on, seven books, eight movies and a generation of believers, continues to inspire a passionate and growing following around the world.”
