Generation Media awarded Gold Accreditation from Investors in People Standard

Generation Media has been awarded Gold Accreditation from the internationally recognised Investors in People, a standard that awards company’s practices and outcomes in three areas: leading, supporting, and improving.

Achieving The Standard is a recognised sign of excellence – a holy grail of the employer – as it recognises those deemed ‘outstanding places to work.’

In the executive summary of the report, the assessor noted that ‘Generation Media has performed extremely well in this, the Company’s second Investors in People Assessment… [they] achieved the highest level of performance for four out of nine indicators. The remainder are at the level Advanced.’

The report read: ‘This is an excellent assessment result and reflects the Agency’s commitment to continuously improve its people strategy and create an environment where people can flourish.’

Lisa Morgan, managing director of Generation Media, added: “We are extremely proud to be recognised by external companies as industry leaders in terms of our people management, development and culture.

“Our ongoing commitment in this area allows us to ensure we are providing our Customers with the very best people, service and results. I would like to thank all the team at Generation Media for their contribution to the investors in People process and every day to making Generation Media such an amazing place to work.”

The recognition comes as Generation Media works on its application to become an IPA CPD Gold accredited agency for the seventh consecutive year.
