Cartamundi is getting in on the New Year’s acquisition action, having detailed the completion of its incorporation of The United States Playing Card Company.
The latest move from the Belgian playing card and game specialist is in line with its ongoing strategy to strengthen its role as a key player in the global entertainment industry. Cartamundi’s acquisition sees the Bicycle, Bee, Hoyle and Fournier brands join its portfolio.

The acquisition arrives as Cartamundi celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, while the Fournier brand marks its 150th. On top of this, 2020 will see the Bicycle brand celebrates 135 years on the market.
