Indie retailers with a love of toys are being encouraged to “join the independent revolution” by joining the industry for the sustainability-focused Independent Toy and Gift Show taking place in April 2020.
Renowned for being a ‘trade show with a difference,” the Independent Toy and Gift Show will once again return to its usual home at Cranmore Park in Solihull, for a today showcase of the latest products in the toys and games space.
“From bespoke offers, merchandising solutions to new ranges, the show exists for retailers that go the extra mile,” read a statement from AIS, the show’s organising body. “Finding us is simple too, the show is at Cranmore Park, near Birmingham with parking and lunch included with your free entrance ticket.”
The Independent Toy and Gift Show will run from Tuesday, April 21 to Wednesday, April 22.
Maintaining its position as an on-trend industry event, the 2020 show will have a focus on sustainability and reusable toys with its Wooden Toys theme. The trend has been decided by the gathering consumer consciousness around the topic of sustainability in the products they buy.
There will be numerous dynamic displays encompassing this most traditional toy category, offering something to inspire 2020 ranging.
Ravensburger is taking over the Diamond Suite café with the best-selling Brio brand, whilst Juratoys is sponsoring the plaY-room Member reward scheme.
Bookings for the 2020 Independent Toy & Gift Show opened at the start of November and over 80 per cent of stands are already reserved by the leading players in the toy industry. Exhibitors set to attend include Hasbro, Mattel, Lego, MGA, Playmobil and Spin Master among others, making this show the first opportunity in the year to see all these top toy suppliers all under one roof.
