Art + Science welcomes Verity Groom to international sales and marketing role

Art + Science International has bolstered its team with the appointment of Verity Groom as international sales and marketing manager.

Groom will become an integral part of the team as her role will see her responsible for increasing international sales opportunities and managing partnerships, as well as raising brand awareness for a number of their key brands including Bling2o, Breakdown Plastic, Sindy and Action Man.

The ideal candidate for the role, Groom brings with her over ten years marketing experience having worked at Flair Leisure Products Plc on its Girls, Preschool and Creative Play brands. Prior to this she worked at Aurora World in the marketing and product development team.

Next year will see Art + Science launch significant new lines across the brand’s portfolio including the relaunch of the much loved Sindy doll; the new Action Man collection, and new innovative designs for swim accessory brand Bling2o.

Commenting on joining the team, Groom said: “I’m really looking forward to the variety of projects that I am going to be working on at Art + Science International and I am excited to be focussed on the growth and development of some great brands.

“My new role will see me building retail distribution across the UK, managing existing relationships with appointed distributors and securing new partners in new markets. I will also be working on exciting and innovative marketing campaigns and am especially looking forward to attending key international trade events.”
