Aldi opens own online toy shop ahead of shoppers’ big Christmas spend

Aldi has opened its own online toy shop ahead of the major Christmas shopping season, offering online shoppers a dedicated portal to the retailer’s toy range.

The digital destination is offering products from across its collection, including traditional wooden toys, ride ons, a whole host of games, as well as the latest in tech and educational toys and children’s books.

The online store officially began trading on Sunday, October 27 with only a selection of its some 240 listed toys available to order.

The retailer is offering free delivery for toy orders of over £20, aiming to ‘take the hassle out of Christmas shopping,” for today’s consumers.

“Part of the magic of Christmas is having little ones to spend it with,” read a statement from the firm’s website. “Their little faces on Christmas morning when they discover that Father Christmas has been is priceless.

“From traditional wooden toys, to branded toys, ride on toys, a whole host of games, alongside the latest tech and educational toys, we are sure you’ll find something that you and your little ones will love.”

The online store is also offering a selection of big brand toys, including lines from Hot Wheels, Disney toys, Barbie, LEGO, and more.
