Elmo’s World to land on UK’s Tiny Pop channel in January 2020

Elmo is landing on the UK’s children’s channel, Tiny Pop in January next year, with a new and reimagined Elmo’s World series. It will consist of a run of five-minute interactive episodes covering pre-school topics, live action films and co-operative thinking games.

Produced by Sesame Workshop, the non profit organisation behind Sesame Street, Elmo’s World will see Elmo use his imagination to transform his bedroom into a chalk-drawn environment. From here, Elmo will embark on new learning adventures with his friend Smartie, an animated mobile phone.

Multiple Tony Award-winning actor, clown, and comedian Bill Irwin (Fool Moon, How the Grinch Stole Christmas) returns as Mr. Noodle, who will be joined by new characters such as Mr. Noodle’s two brothers, played by actor and Grammy Award-winner Daveed Diggs (Broadway’s Hamilton, Ferdinand, Wonder), and comedian Daniel Koren and their dogs Schmoodle, Floodle and Frank.

Elmo will be joining Tiny Pop favourites such as fellow Sesame Street resident Cookie Monster in Cookie Monster’s Foodie Truck.
