Hasbro partners with Toms to up its Monopoly, Transformers and My Little Pony footwear game

Hasbro has entered into a three-year partnership with the footwear company Toms to develop and launch a series of products inspired by the toy maker’s portfolio of hit children’s and entertainment brands.

The collections will consist of men’s, women’s and kids’ footwear, as well as clothing and accessories, brandishing some of Hasbro’s most iconic IP, including Monopoly, Candy Land, My Little Pony, Transformers, Power Rangers, Tonka, and more.

The first wave of products will launch fall 2020, with additional waves releasing over the next three years.

“We’re thrilled to work with Toms to provide fans of all ages a new way to engage with the Hasbro brands they love,” said Casey Collins, GM and SVP, entertainment and licensing at Hasbro. “We know that our fans will appreciate the quality and care that Toms takes in the development of each of their designs, and we can’t wait to see people everywhere wearing the Hasbro x Toms collaboration.”

Since its inception, Toms has impacted more than 94 million lives around the world by giving shoes, sight, water, and impact grants. The firm is excited to bring Hasbro into the fold and continue its mission statement. With every purchase of the Hasbro x Toms collection, Toms will give a new pair of shoes to a child in need.

“Toms is excited to announce our partnership with Hasbro, a classic brand that has touched many generations,” said Liza Doppelt, vice president, global brand marketing at Toms. “This long-term collaboration will launch in Fall 2020 and bring together the iconic Toms styles that give back with the nostalgia of childhood Hasbro favourites.

“The collection of fun footwear for men, women and children will be available at select global retailers.”
