Hot Wheels live show to crash into Europe in 2020

Mattel’s Hot Wheels brand is landing in Europe with a touring live show that will bring full-sized Monster Trucks that perform all manner of stunts to the UK, Poland and Denmark next year.

The European leg of the tour follows the brand’s live show launch in the US earlier this year.

The experience will combine the “iconic jumps and stunts” of Hot Wheels, with the crashing of Monster Trucks for each two-hour show which will also feature acts such as the superstars of freestyle motocross, world record attempts and the Megasaurus.

Merchandise and souvenirs will be available for purchase at the events, including a selection of Hot Wheels Monster Truck toys.

The live shows will kick off in Manchester’s Arena on January 4 2020 and February 9 at The SSE Hydro in Glasgow. It will then land in cities including Birmingham and Lodz in Poland.

Julie Freeland, senior director of global live events and attractions at Mattel, said: “Mattel is always exploring new and innovative ways for fans of all ages to play and engage with our stories brands.

“We’re fulfilling European consumer demand by bringing them real-life action in an arena with the best-selling Hot Wheels Monster Trucks.”
