Epoch Making Toys is taking Sylvanian Families to three UK festivals this summer, all as part of Fundamentally Children’s touring Good Toy Zone this year.
The firm will be hitting Chelmsford’s 3Foot People Festival this week, before taking to The Great British Food Festival at Knebworth House in Hertfordshire this July 20 to 21. The tour will end with a two day run from August 23 to 25 at CarFest South in Hampshire’s Laverstock Park Farm.
Sylvanian Families will be part of the Good Toy Zone tent, in which children will be able to play with the latest play sets, as well as receive exclusive goodie bags containing stickers plus activity and colouring sheets.
There will also be various meet and greets and photo opportunities with the Freya Chocolate Rabbit costume character throughout the day.
3Foot People Festival is the largest outdoor festival exclusively for pre-school children. It has a variety of zones that focus on sports, arts and crafts, theatre, exploring nature and music, and expects to see over 14,000 visitors this year. To support the daily activity throughout the festival, Epoch will run a photo competition (entry via the Sylvanian Families social media channels) to win a bundle of summer-themed products.
The Great British Food Festival combines a variety of food and drink with live music, cooking demonstrations, craft stores and a children’s area. Meanwhile, founded by Chris Evans, Car Fest South is filled with cars, live music and food, and introduces a new section this year, Eden, which focuses on wellbeing and self-care.
Epoch is currently running competitions across its social channels to win family tickets to each festival.
Alongside Sylvanian Families, Epoch’s arts and craft brand, Aquabeads will have its own area within the Good Toy Zone tents at each festival where visitors will be able to have a hands-on experience making their own colourful bead creations.
