SmartGames launches new compact travel game, Colour Catch

SmartGames has launched a new one player compact game, designed for families on the move this summer, in the form of Colour Catch.

The new title gives kids aged seven and upwards the task of helping the salamanders and frogs catch their bugs for dinner. As part of the 48 challenges, players will be tasked with placing the five puzzle pieces onto the coloured game board so the animals match the colours shown in the challenge.

But kids will need to remain observant, as the animals are transparent and their colours will change on different parts of the game board.

With four levels of difficulty – from easy to expert – the single player brainteaser gets tougher as the challenges increase, stimulating concentration. Meanwhile, with the trickier encounters, children will have to use logic and flexible thinking to carefully plan where to place their tiles.

Brand director for Smart Toys and Games, Karen Clarke, commented:  “I am delighted to reveal our new game ‘Colour Catch’ just in time for summer. Our collection of compact games are amazing for taking on your travels to keep little ones entertained on long journeys.

“Not only will Colour Catch keep children entertained, they will be developing essential skills too.”
