Craft Buddy’s Crystal Art Card Kits receive Good Toy Guide recommendation

The expert team at Fundamentally Children, founded by child development psychologist, Dr. Amanda Gummer, has endorsed Craft Buddy’s Crystal Art Card kits, adding the range to the recommended products in its Good Toy Guide.

Described as ‘painting by numbers with the added sparkle of crystals,’ the therapeutic benefits of Craft Buddy’ kits have been highlighted by those at the Good Toy Guide, explaining in a report that “creative activities like this are fantastic for decompressing from a busy day at school and promote thinking skills.”

The Crystal Art Card kits contain a numbered adhesive template, corresponding numbered crystals, and an easy to use pick-up pen. To create the stunning sparkly cards, simply pick up the gems with the pen and place them on the template.

The Good Toy guide commended them on promoting creativity, encouraging hand-eye coordination and developing logical thinking skills in users aged eight and over.

Offered in a range of designs including unicorns, dragons, cute animals and birthday designs – with some exciting new licensed designs arriving in summer – the cards encourage a sense of satisfaction for those creating them. The Good Toy Guide report said: “It was very satisfying achieving the final result – this is great for encouraging children to take pride in their own achievements.”

Founder of Fundamentally Children, Dr. Gummer, said: “In a fast-paced world full of instant gratification, activities such as Craft Buddy’s Crystal Art, which give children time to focus on one thing and relax, are incredibly valuable. The impressive finished product also helps children’s confidence – it can be displayed in their room to help motivate them to stick at things which are challenging, or given as a very personal gift to nurture relationships.”

Gary Wadhwani, co-director at Craft Buddy Ltd, added: “We are thrilled that Crystal Art has been recommended by the experts at the Good Toy Guide. We’ve known through our own research that people of all ages love the therapeutic and fun features of our products, but to now be endorsed by the expert team at Fundamentally Children rubber stamps our customer testimonials.

“The kits offer a perfect alternative to screen time for children and adults alike and are a great way to relieve stress and promote relaxation for everyone, as well as promoting a range of other developmental benefits for children.”
