Istanbul Toy Fair ‘growing year on year’, say 2019 show organisers

Industry professionals from the Turkey Toy Association are heralding its 2019 Instanbul Toy Fair as a major success and urging the international scene to put next year’s show in their industry calendars.

Hosted by TUYAP and Turkey Toy Association, the teams behind the show have credited this year’s event in playing a ‘leading role in order to meet export-import expectations of the sector for the year.’

51 companies attended this year’s event, with representatives from seven countries presenting at the show said to be growing year on year. Over 3,000 industry professionals made the journey to this year’s big show.

“Be a part of the growing toy fair, which became international in its third year,” read a statement from its organisers.

The Turkish toy sector is currently valued at around $1bn, giving an important share of the world’s market.

“Since Turkey has a matchless geographical advantage of trade, not only with Turkish market but also with surrounded countries’ markets, you may catch business opportunities,” said the team.
