Generation Media has raised 0ver £1,000 in funds for the industry charity, the Toy Trust by hosting a ‘G’ themed fancy dress Quiz Night.
Over 60 industry members, from the likes of media owners such as Disney to bods at Super Awesome, competed in teams as they all battled it out to take home the coveted title of Pub Quiz Champion.
The event was held last week in London, where it was ‘Agatha Quiztee’ – a team made up of Generation Media, Sky and Super Awesome brainiacs – took home the winning prize. The evening also saw over £1000 raised for the industry’s charity, through tickets and a raffle.
“Our annual fundraising event to support The Toy Trust was a great success, and we would like to thank the media partners for their continued support,” said Lauren Coombs, director of client services at Generation Media. “Thursday night provided the opportunity to catch up with colleagues while raising money for worthy causes, a winning combination.”
Generation Media will continue fundraising in the run up to ‘The Big Challenge’ Toy Trust event this year, in which team members will be participating in the 5km and 10km runs.
