LOL Surprise launches into subscription box service with CultureFly

LOL Surprise, the global toy brand that helped redefine the unboxing experience is now launching into the subscription box space, thanks to the brand’s new partnership with CultureFly.

The ​new L.O.L. Surprise!​ Box will be shipped quarterly, and will arrive containing an assortment of custom-made exclusive products, not available to fans anywhere else. Each box will contain six to eight​ L.O.L. Surprise!​ themed items including clothing, accessories, toys, homewares, and stationery.

Each box will also include either a LOL Surprise Pet or Doll.​

The ​concept has been built by CultureFly, an expert in the subscription box space. CultureFly already specialises in creating officially licensed products and merchandise, working with a number of properties including Nickelodeon, Pusheen, DC Comics, and more.

CultureFly’s CEO, Edward Erani, said: “We’re so excited to be working with MGA to bring this box to L.O.L. Surprise!​ fans. We think people are going to love the items we’ve designed and we can’t wait to see their reactions.”

Items in the ​L.O.L. Surprise!​ Box are custom-made by CulutreFly’s in-house product and design teams, developing a mix of fun and functional items. Each box is produced in limited quantities for subscribers.

The inaugural ​L.O.L. Surprise!​ Box for Summer 2019 is themed “Retro Club”. Subscriptions are open now with the box shipping in July. Subscriptions will start at $34 per box for an annual subscription (billed for four boxes as once) and $38 per box for a quarterly subscription (billed for 1 box at a time).
