LEGO reveals its new Disney Minifigures line-up with a return of the classics

Just days after its big LEGO Ideas Steamboat Willie set earlier this week, the firm has detailed the latest extension of its Disney partnership, in the latest line of Disney Minifigures.

The second wave in its Disney minifigures series, the collection will feature 18 new characters, including Steamboat Willie Mickey and Minnie as seen in the LEGO Ideas set, alongside a cast of iconic Disney characters.

Disney classics Vintage Mickey and Minnie join Scrooge McDuck, Huey, Dewey and Louie as well as Chip and Dale. From the Disney movie world, LEGO welcomes Jasmine, Jafar, Anna, Elsa, Jack Skellington, Sally, Hercule and Hades into the fold.

Completing the line up is Edna Mode and Frozone from the Disney-Pixar universe.

Wave two of the Disney line up arrives some three years after the launch of series one that included characters from Toy Story, The Incredibles, Peter Pan, Aladdin and more.
