Staff Play Big at Little Tikes as UK troupe hosts 50th birthday celebrations

Little Tikes’ UK headquarters was transformed into an oversized play zone this week, as its 50th birthday celebrations kicked off by getting staff to Play Big and create new memories.

The headquarters were converted from office into a creative Play Big space as the brand invited everyone at MGA Entertainment to join in the party, that included a Little Tikes slide and a ball pit of over 67,000 balls.

The iconic adult-sized Cozy Coupes were used to travel around the office for the day and there was even a 50th birthday cake to further sweeten the day.

To celebrate its momentous year in the industry, and applaud its milestone birthday, Little Tikes was keen to engage, excite and involve everyone at MGA, read a release from the firm.

The party planning was organised by a small team to ensure the surprise was kept under wraps with the wider team receiving an invitation on the morning of – inviting them to Play Big in the company Boardroom.

Little Tikes has recently launched its Play Big positioning which celebrates 50 years of Playing Big with the brand, and focuses on getting consumers hands-on with Little Tikes and its wide range of products.

Michelle Lilley, head of marketing for Little Tikes UK, said: ‘It was important for us to throw our Play Big party and engage the whole MGA team. It’s been a busy start to the year for Little Tikes as we have been working on launching our 50th celebrations, and what better way to celebrate than by throwing a huge party.

“Play Big is central to everything we’re doing this year, and it will continue for many years to come. We want parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, guardians and of course children to play big and make new memories.”
