LIMA details its first seminar and networking day in the north of England

The International Licensing Industry Merchandisers’ Association (LIMA) has detailed its first seminar and networking event in the north of England.

Known for its educational and networking output internationally and at home, this spring LIMA event in Manchester will – according to the organisation – break new ground for the industry.

‘The Manchester Chamber of Commerce is the biggest chapter in the UK, with over 7,000 members, and thus makes an ideal location to take the licensing message ‘on the road’,’ read a statement from the body.

LIMA’s seminar will provide a straightforward introduction to the licensing process suitable for the many manufacturing companies based in England’s North-West, along with regionally located brand owners curious to discover business opportunities for their IP.

The seminar will conclude in a Q&A with LIMA UK MD Kelvyn Gardner and a representative of the event sponsor, Dependable Solutions.

The tea-time session will be followed by networking drinks at the nearby Alchemist bar, where newcomers will be joined by some of the prominent licensing companies and LIMA members located in the Manchester region.

Tickets for this free seminar can be booked here:
