The company has pinpointed the sector as a core category and one for growth opportunity as it welcomes aboard a trio of new recruits to support its ‘ambitious growth’ plans with it.

Peoples previously worked for HTI for 13 years and returns to the business having sought three further years of experience in the wider toy business.

Meanwhile, Daniel McLoughlin will also be re-joining this month in the company’s Hong Kong office to attain responsibility of HTI’s pocket money supply chain. McLoughlin will take the lead on facilitating and driving the delivery of a number of category launches.

He has extensive experience within the toy industry having previously worked at HTI until 2015.

Finally, Marc Newell will bolster the UK based design team and brings with him over six years experience in graphic design. He will ‘add a much needed strong resource to the team,’ as the pocket money area grows.

We’ve already announced some really exciting brands within our Teamsterz category with Micro Motorz and now we’re looking ahead at further range developments and product innovations, which will keep the business closer to trends and innovation.”

HTI’s brands include Evo and Teamsterz as well as an extensive licensing portfolio of some of the biggest children’s brands, including L.O.L. Surprise!, Peppa Pig, Paw Patrol, P J Masks and My Little Pony
