Katy Fletcher takes on head of marketing and product dev at Ravensburger UK

Ravensburger UK has appointed a new head of marketing and product development in the form of former Re:creation exec, Katy Fletcher.

Fletcher takes up the role from today, Monday, January 28th. The appointment follows the promotion of Benn Bramwell who was named senior international product manager for children’s games last year.

Fletcher will be responsible for all other categories apart from games in the UK and brings with her a wealth of product development and brand management experience from the toy industry. 

Fletcher has worked for seven years at V-Tech and nine years at Re:Creation. She joins at a very exciting time for the Ravensburger UK business, that has grown for eight years in a row and has major growth plans over the coming five.

Tim Hall, managing director, said: "We are thrilled that Katy is joining the Ravensburger team. She has built an outstanding reputation in the industry and is a perfect fit for us. 

"She joins a very talented and experienced team and I am looking forward to welcoming her."

Ravensburger has also appointed Carl Vernum to be the territory sales manager for the Midlands and Scotland. 

Vernum has done a great job for Paul Lamond and MGA and will responsible for selling all our brands in this area.
