Today we can announce that ToyNews is in the process of being acquired by the Datateam Media Group, a specialist publisher in the B2B space.
The acquisition is due to complete early this month and The plan is for all ToyNews staff to transfer over to the new business, and myself and the team are looking forward to working with our new colleagues.
At present, out of respect for TUPE regulations, we can’t go into further detail about the change. However, for ToyNews it’s certainly business as usual.
We’ll continue to operate our monthly magazine, the website and our social channels. We’re very much looking forward to the new year, with new developments for the magazine and online platforms, some key new partnerships, and much more besides.
It’s going to be a great 2019 for the brand. More on all that when you receive our first issue of the year soon.
