Wild & Wolf wins Recommended seal in 2018 Parents’ Choice Awards in the US

Wild & Wolf has taken home the Recommended seal at the 2018 Parents’ Choice Awards in the US for its Petit Collage Wooden Ferris Wheel.

The play set from the company’s eco-friendly gift and toy brand took the prize following a lengthy and comprehensive product evaluation process conducted by the awards’ judging panel.

The process involved a four page questionnaire that queries the product’s developmentally appropriate content and challenges, the overall design and function, the educational value, long-term play value and the benefits to a child’s social and emotional growth and wellbeing.

Petit Collage makes all of its toys and gifts from recycled or recyclable substrates while packaging is minimised to avoid unnecessary waste.

“We are very excited to learn that our Petit Collage Wooden Carnival Play Set Ferris Wheel has been recommended by the Parents’ Choice Awards,” said Lorena Siminovich, founder of Petit Collage.

“Since we began designing lovely, sustainable gifts for children in our small office in San Francisco, it’s been fantastic to see our product ranges grow and become adored by both parents and people within the industry. We are so pleased that one of our newest and most popular products has been recognised by such a prestigious awarding body.”

The win follows other recently secured awards including the NAPPA Awards and three product wins in the UK Junior Design Awards and five accolades at the UK MadeForMums Toy Awards.
