Big Potato takes to Twitch to live stream its popular portfolio’s game play

Indie games company Big Potato Games is taking yet another step to meet its fans where they are by sharing its in-office game plays online via a weekly live broadcast on Twitch.

Twitch is an Amazon-owned live streaming platform, that has classically been associated with video games. Independent streamers that specialise in games like Fortnite and Overwatch have found success in building audiences and careers out of broadcasts.

The platform has seen a recent shift in focus towards more general interest content, and Twitch will soon offer more non-video gaming categories for streaming including music, hobbies and tabletop gaming.

The Big Potato team will be leading the way as they play their best-selling party games, plus games from other tabletop publishers, to a live online audience every week.

In preparations for its first live stream, the Potato gang has been spreading the word across its own social media platforms and attended RTX, a video gaming event, this past weekend.

Big Potato’s first Twitch stream will take place on Thursday, September 20th from 7pm. Catch it on their channel at
