Kids@Play secures major win at BlogOnToys Awards

Kids@Play is celebrating a major win at the recent BlogOnToy Awards held at this year’s influencer focused show in Manchester.

The firm, alongside Ravensburger, Zuru and Party Popteenies joined a line up of 32 companies to help BlogOnToys to its fifth successful annual event over the weekend at Manchester’s Hotel Football.

Attended by over 200 of the UK’s most influential parenting bloggers and influencers, the networking event gave brands the chance to meet bloggers face to face and showcase new products, as well as forge new relationships to build brand awareness.

Brands that attended the event included the likes of Ravensburger with its GraviTrax, Party Popteenies, Zuru and Nintendo Labo. Kids@Play also used the event to launch its new Niffler Babies line.

Laura Seaton, founder of BlogOn, said: “I am delighted with how our new dedicated toy event went. We wanted it to celebrate all the toys that have been released in the run up to Christmas and the event also hosted our second Annual Toy Awards, which we hope will also help highlight products as we approach the festive season.”

Kids@Play managing director, Nathaniel Southworth, said: “We were thrilled to receive so much praise and feedback form the attendees at the event as they tried the Harry Potter Real Talking Sorting Hat for themselves. We were delighted to win the Licensed Toy category and humbled to receive the Bloggers choice award selected from all categories.

“The event was incredibly well run and offered us the chance to have meaningful conversations with the influencing community and we capitalised on this further with discussions about our forthcoming Fantastic Beasts 2 products. Thank you on behalf of Kids@Play for the awards and a well-run event.”
