Moose Toys names Garrett Sander principal designer for its girls’ division

Moose Toys has appointed one of the toy industry’s most accomplished designers, Garrett Sander, to the role of principal designer for its girls’ division.

Previously, Garrett held senior positions at Mattel, where he was one of the prominent creators of the Monster High franchise, and instrumental in the creation of the Ever After High franchise.

His diverse experience includes packaging design across multiple girls’ brands as well as product leadership for brands like Polly Pocket. In his most recent role as Art Director on The Mattel Creations Entertainment team, he oversaw the development and direction for Barbie animated content.

“Garrett’s strong design experience and expertise across packaging, content and product make him ideally suited to lead design for our girls’ brands,” said Evelyn Mazzocco of Moose Toys.

“We look forward to having Garrett join the Moose creative team in our Melbourne headquarters as we look to continuously raise the bar in design and drive the development of award-winning toys that disrupt the market.”
