HTI Group is expanding and developing its product development and licensing and marketing teams as it looks to build on another successful year of growth.
The toy manufacturer has promoted Michelle Dalziel to the role of licensing and marketing manager, following over four years of experience with HTI.
With a background in national account sales, Dalziel has established an impressive career in the licensing industry since moving to the role two years ago, proving invaluable in her role.
Alison Downie, director of brand and licensing, said: “I am delighted to announce Michelle has been promoted to the position of licensing and marketing manager. Michelle has shown real dedication to licensing, gaining tremendous knowledge and strong respect from our licensors.
“I am confident she will prove a real asset in this area and flourish in her new role.”
Meanwhile, Zoe Parsons has joined a product assistant, a role in which she will provide support to Downie’s product development team across four product categories: vehicles, roleplay, prams and wheeled.
Parsons graduated from Liverpool John Moores University, having studied Educational Studies.
HTI is also now looking to further strengthen its pool of talent thanks to business growth and is currently looking to recruit a licensing and marketing assistant.
