Asmodee UK takes eight gold medals and the BIGGY at Imagination Gaming Game of the Year Awards

Asmodee UK is celebrating a sweep of wins at the Imagination Gaming Game of the Year Awards, with all products entered securing at least one gold medal.

When I Dream lead the run of successes by taking home the BIGGY (The Best Imagination Gaming Game of the Year) as well as gold in the Best Family and Best Literacy Game categories.

Arokah earned high praise from the judges this year, too who highlighted it delivery of ‘enchanting spatial challenges’ so much, it took home the gold in Best Family Game and Best Problem Solving Game categories.

There was also success for Bananagrams that won a gold for Best Literacy Game and claimed silver in Best Family Game, while Match Madness and Maze Racers both secured a gold in Best Family Game and Best Problem Solving Game.

Asmodee’s run of wins was topped off by Abalone which also took home a gold in the Best Family Game category.

Now in its sixth year, the award event is run by Imagination Gaming, an organisation that works to promote games as an educational tool in partnership with schools and community programmes.

The awards recognise a variety of games that enable fun and learning in equal measure for all ages and abilities.
