Hasbro’s The Play-Doh Show launches on YouTube

Hasbro has launched The Play Doh Show this summer, a new YouTube series of animated stop-motion shorts.

The series has been developed to encourage kids to explore the imaginative play of Play Doh by following the daily adventures of its Play Doh characters.

Each episode will run at around one minute running time and revolve around a variety of themes including pets, birthday parties, Halloween, back to school and yes, this year’s big trend, poop.

The Play Doh debuted this weekend on July 1, with new episodes airing every Tuesday through to the end of the year.

Adam Kleinman, senior director of global brand marketing at Hasbro, said: “Through the use of colourful stop-motion animation, we are thrilled to introduce our fans to an exciting new world of creative possibilities and storytelling.

‘Created out of Play-Doh compound, the Play-Doh Show on YouTube will provide inspiration for kids’ own creative masterpieces as they watch our funny and often quirky Doh-Doh characters use their imaginations and creativity to navigate all sorts of wacky adventures.”
