Zimpli Kids jumps on unicorn trend with new mythical slime range

Could 2018 be the ‘year of the Unicorn’? It’s looking very likely, as a number of major retailers have predicted that unicorn-themed toys with be top of the tree this Christmas.

Zimpli Kids has announced that it will join in on the mystical fun by launching a Unicorn Slime Play.

Set for launch in August, Zimpli Kids’ Unicorn Slime Play combines two trends that children are going crazy for. The new mythical Slime Play transforms water into 100% safe slime and includes two unicorn figures. One box makes up to 12 litres of slime for kids to get creative with.

Head of Marketing at Zimpli Kids, Jessica Coy commented: “Trends in social media have a huge impact on influencing toy trends, Slime and Unicorns in particular. This is exactly what inspired us to evolve our Slime range to include the mythical creatures that children love!”

In keeping with the fantasy theme, Zimpli Kids will also be launching some glitter SKUs; Glitter Gelli Play, Glitter Slime Play and Glitter Slime Baff, all of which will be available in new and exclusive colours.
