Spin Master, Plum, BERG and Thames & Kosmos among Outdoor Toy Awards 2018 winners

The Winners of the 2018 Outdoor Toy Awards have been announced with Spin Master, Plum and Thames & Kosmos among the triumphant.

Last weekend say over 50 Toyminators com together at St Matthews Academy in Blackheath, South East London to put this year’s shortlisted selection of toys to the test.

YouTube influencers Amazing Arabella and Jaadin the Kid were on hand to oversee proceedings, alongside the Kidcoolit team. Kids and their amassed parents put the toys through their paces before the final selection were made.

“We are so grateful to the kids for helping us choose this year’s hottest outdoor toys,” said Peter Jenkinson, founder of the awards. “Next year, we’re already planning for 2019 as the appetite to celebrate the outdoor toy category has been overwhelming.”

The winners of the Outdoor Toy Awards 2018 are:

Ride On – Berg XL

Trampolines and Inflatables – Sportspower 14 foot folding trampoline

Kidult – iconBIT Smart Kick Scooter

Houses, Tens and Hideaways – Adventure Car – Simba SMoby

Battle and Blaster – X-Shot Bug Attack – Zuru

Pre-school – JCB Excavator

Flying Toys – Sonic Rocket – Spin Master

Science and Nature – Kidd’s First Wildlife Detective Kit – Thames & Kosmos

Climbing and Adventure – Slidenest Swing – Plum
