Bandai UK bolsters sales team with double appointment

Bandai UK has bolstered its sales team with the appointment of John Carlaw and Joanne Airey.

Carlaw has taken up the position of national account manager while Airey steps into the role of key account manager, both joining as Bandai continues its year of growth and diversity.

Carlaw will join the team this month, bringing with him 17 years of knowledge, with his most recent role at HTI of senior national account manager and previous roles as senior buying manager for boys at Tesco. He will be focussing on growing existing accounts and taking them forward into autumn 2018 and beyond.

Meanwhile, Airey comes with 17 years industry experience, previously working as a national account manager at Plum Products and key account manager at Rainbow Designs.

Since joining Bandai earlier this year, Airey has already opened new accounts and extended distribution within the key account base and her focus will now be to explore new business opportunities.
