Colorific launches Build-a-Bot second wave

Australian toymaker Clorific has revealed the second wave in its successful Built-a-Bot brand, featuring new variations of the colourful robots Buzzy Bee, Ladybug and Scatter Ant.

Build-a-Bot Series One launched in 2017 in over 40 countries as Colorific’s first foray into youth electronics, following the company rebrand to a progressive and modern toy developer.

Every pack of Build-a-Bot contains all the necessary pieces for kids to build their own bot, including a full sheet of stickers and a “birth certificate” to record the creation date. Children can create unique characters by mixing and matching their various parts, but what differentiates Build-a-Bot Bug from its predecessor is that children can connect multiple bugs to create an extended robot.

“We’re thrilled to release this second wave after a huge demand for more and different versions of the Build-a-Bots,” said Mark Levi, MD, Colorific. “Our aim is to continue to grow this brand by bringing out new bots to excite loyal fans and bring on new fans.”

Build-a-Bot is available now at Walmart in Australia, with rollouts across North America, Asia and Europe forthcoming.
