Yo-Yo Factory founder breaks world record at Toy Fair

Yo-Yo champion and Yo-Yo Factory founder, Hans Van Dan Elzen has broken the world record for most Yo-Yo loop the loops at Wilton Bradley’s stand at London Toy Fair.

Elzen performed a whopping 159 loop the loops on the day beating the previous record of 151.

Watched by four camera crews, photographers and a crowd of well-wishers, Hans proved he is still the Yo-Yo master.

"We were delighted to have Hans and his colleagues Gentry Stein and Anne Connelly on the stand, Yo-Yo’s are the original spinning toy and sales indicate the interest from a new generation, especially with Youtube videos and ‘how to’ vlogs showing how it’s done,” commented Simon Hampson, head of sales and marketing at Wilton Bradley.

Wilton Bradley has seen renewed interest in Yo-Yo products following the massive fidget spinners trend.
