Zuru spreads holiday cheer with charity initiative and #FestiveFidget campaign

Leading international toy firm Zuru has launched two festive campaigns to spread a little holiday cheer in the lead up to Christmas.

The holiday campaigns include donation of toys to charitable partners benefiting children in need worldwide, and a #FestiveFidget Secret Santa care package containing the company’s line of Original Fidget Cubes by Antsy Labs, Zuru Spinners and Tangles to help relieve holiday stress.

As part of Zuru’s holiday charitable efforts, the company donated $20,000 worth of products globally through partners including ABC-LA Spark of Love and Captivating International.

Currently celebrating its 25th anniversary collecting toys for underserved children and teams in Los Angeles where Zuru’s sales office is located.

Zuru has also benefited Captivating International, a community-based fundraising organization doing important work with impoverished families in remote parts of western China.

“We are proud to partner with organizations such as ABC-LA Spark of Love and Captivating International to bring joy to children and families in need this holiday season,” said Renee Lee, global marketing manager, Zuru.

In addition to Zuru’s holiday giving, the company created #FestiveFidget Secret Santa care packages to help relieve stress for those who have been working so hard this year. The holidays are a hectic time of year and the Zuru elves have been busy making hundreds of care packages that contain #FestiveFidget stickered Fidget Cubes, including the very latest Series 1 Marvel and DC Cubes, Fidget Spinners and Tangles that were shipped to offices and charities throughout the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. But the festive fun doesn’t end there – anyone sharing pictures of their ZURU fidget toys on Twitter or Instagram using #ZURU and #FestiveFidget will have a chance of winning a Santa Sack of ZURU toys worth $300.

Hannah Leeming, senior brand manager explains, “Studies show that fidget toys help to reduce stress and anxiety, so with #FestiveFidget we want to help to restore holiday cheer to all lucky recipients at what can be a stressful time of year.”
