Fundraising campaign started to bring Christmas presents to children affected by Grenfell disaster

A fundraising campaign has been set up to hold a Christmas Presents Day for the children affected by the Grenfell Tower disaster.

The campaign, set up by Steven Racz, who lost his uncle in the tragedy and WeCanCry, a group of mothers from the Grenfell tower area. The campaign aims to bring some Christmas cheer to individuals directly affected by the disaster as well as children from the surrounding area who have had to cope with the inescapable impact the disaster has had on their lives.

As well as monetary donations, the campaign is also calling on toymakers to donate toys and gifts for the campaign.
