Toy State secures new Monster Jam

Toy State has signed a new partnership with Feld Entertainment to produce new toys for the Monster Jam brand.

The three-year, multi-territory agreement grants Toy State construction toy category rights for the development of Monster Jam-branded toys within the company’s Machine Maker product line.

The firm will produce exclusive construction products, geared towards fans aged three plus and seven plus, which will come to retailers globally in Spring 2018.

“Working with Feld Entertainment on Monster Jam is an extremely exciting opportunity,” said Toy State president, Andy Friess.

“As Toy State continues to expand our presence in new categories within the toy industry, we are looking to align with best-in-class partners. The Feld and Monster Jam teams are masters at delivering edge-of-your-seat entertainment to fans, and we aim to deliver that same fun and excitement to children of all ages through our new Monster Jam-branded toys.”

“Toy State is well-known for the innovation and quality packed into their toys, and their product vision is perfectly aligned with the Monster Jam brand,” said Jeff Bialosky, vice president of licensing & retail development at Feld Entertainment.

“We look forward to working together to develop Monster Jam products that will give kids the chance to harness the adrenaline-charged excitement of our live events in their own home.”

The announcement of the partnership comes on the heels of Toy State being named master toy licensee for the new Netflix Original Preschool Series, True and the Rainbow Kingdom. The company has also recently released a range of Nikko Air racing drones through its licensing partnership with the global leader in professional drone racing, Drone Racing League, a deal which was announced late last year.
